III. UPLOADING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

  • The following supporting documents must be provided for your application, otherwise, refund cannot be processed:
  • Please upload evidence of tax payment
  • Please upload boarding pass of the departure flight
  • Please upload boarding pass of the relevant arrival flight
  • Please upload identity document showing the passenger’s name
  • Please upload duly completed Authorisation Form
  • The supporting documents should be ready in the acceptable file format. Please upload your document files with the following criteria:

    1. File format should be either gif, jpg(jpeg), tif(tiff), png or pdf
    2. Number of files to be uploaded for each application cannot exceed five
    3. The size of individual file cannot exceed 5MB and the total size of all files cannot exceed 25MB

You will receive a confirmation email with the application reference number after submitting the application.
